Michael writes the following about Where the Red Fern Grows :
This book is about a boy that wants two hounds so he worked all summer. Then he went to town with fifty dollars.,but the price of the dogs dropped by ten dollars. So he bought candy and clothes for his family. Then he bought the dogs. On his way home he sleeps in a mountain and a mountain lion comes. But, you should read this book if you ever want to find out what happens in the end.
