She Said Yes by Misty Bernal is a very inspiring book. It inspired me to take more of a roll in God and to not take things for granted because I never know when my life will be taken away from me. I wouldn?t want someone, such as my friends or family, to be taken away from me, and know I had regrets.
This book was very interesting and kept me going until the last page. One thing I think I would improve on this book though, is if they had more of other people?s points of view. The plot of this book is that Cassie Bernal got shot because of her faith in God. One book I can relate this to is The Bible, because in The Bible people give up their lives for what they believe in. The main character in this book is Cassie.
This book mainly takes place at Cassie?s house and at Columbine High School in the 1990?s. I enjoyed looking at all the pictures they included at the beginning of each chapter. I would definitely rate this book a 10 out of 10. It tells about real life teen hardships and is easy to relate to. I loved reading this book and would recommend this book to anyone who likes to hear and relate to other teens problems.
