Alec writes the following about Bud, Not Buddy :

I thought the book was fantastic. It showed a lot of emotions and that means that that book is going to get better and better every time you read it. It reveals mysteries that was talked about at the beginning of the story. Alot of new things will show. And famous people from back then will show like the masters of jazz (which isn't one of the bands in the story.) This book is great and should be read by everyone.
