If you like fantasy books, you should really check out Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone? if it is not already checked out and on hold for 4 months. J.K. Rowling is the author of this and three other books in the Harry Potter series.
There are three main characters: Ronald, a poor but friendly person, Hermione a straight 'A' student, and of course, Harry, the protagonist. The antagonist is Voldemort,
better known as 'You-Know-Who.' This book reminds me of the style of Roald Dahl; Rowling dances in his footsteps.
It takes place in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is such a fun experience to read this book. For its fun paced, non-stop action and adventure. For instance " I knew it! I knew it! Are we allowed to speak yet" Hermione ignored him. 'Nicolas Flame', she whispered dramatically" This shows it's an adventurous story with a hint of humor.
From a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) I give this book a 10. Not only for its great action, but also for its great detail such as "of course, there was the sheer size of the library; tens of thousands of books; thousand of shelves; hundreds of narrow rows.'
This sentence paints a picture in your mind of that never-ending library.
