maria conceccion trancito concha viuda writes the following about Island of the Blue Dolphins :
Do you like adventures .... well you must li ke this amazing book. The Is land Of The Blue Dolphins a very extrourdinary and gripping book. This is written by a great witter Scott O'Dell. This is about Karana a young independent girl of 12 years old and her brother Ramo an amazing child of 6 years old. This two children lived on a island shaped like an dolphin where sea otters play, blue dolphins jumped over the blue sea, and birds fly over the mountains. They were living happily until the aleuts came by and maked a deal with the chief of the tribe and take them to the americas...While Karana was on board she saw her brother alone on the island so she jkumped and went to stay with him.Year by year they saw how each season passed very slowly and waited for the ship to come back. While being there all alone they had to prepared food , shelter and weapons to fight against there enemies....
A gipping book that people who like adventure should read.
In my opinion this book is for people that like reality and adventure.
