Tuck Everlasting is about a family that are immortals.Then this other charcter named Winnie Foster runs away from her family because they treat her like a baby.So she runs away unto the forest. Then she sees Jesse (one of the immortals).She sees him drink water from a fountain .She askes him is it good to drink. Then he said no its bad for you.Then Winnie tells him what age are you ? He replied 104. Then his family came and kidnapped her because she new of the fountain. His family explained about it. Then a man comes and hers there story. So he tells winnies parents were winnie was only if they gave him the woods. Because they own the woods and because the fountain is there.Then he goes to the tucks house and wants to take winnie. He said he was ganna sell the fountain to people who deserve it. Then Mae hits the man in the back of the head with a shot gun. The constable saw everything and takes mae to jail. then winnie hellps the tucks. She pertends she is mae. And the tucks run away. Then winnie gets married and dies.
