I thought that this was an excellent book, well written and constructed. The way Mitch Albom ties in the characters past and present is done in such a way that confusion is kept to an absolute minimum, and does an exquisite job of going over the entire life of the character without giving any information prematurely. This book will keep you turning page after page. It shows us very clearly how we need to learn, and what we need to learn, from instances that happen in our own lives. It will touch your spirit, make you want to cry, make you laugh, and leaves you with a feeling of being a better person, or becoming a better person, from the insights gained from the lessons the character learns. Lessons of friendship, loyalty, love, pain, loss, and life.
