Garrett writes the following about Holes [UNABRIDGED] :
In the book Holes Stanley Yelnats takes a pair of shoes from a charity for his dad, because he collects shoes and experiments with them. The shoes belong to a famous athlete, the cops think he knows, and take him to court. Stanley ends up going to camp Greenlake. The camp is not green and has no lake! Instead, it is full of dirt and they have to dig all day.Mounths later he and a friend he meets at camp run away and end up breaking a curse of te Yelnats family.

I think Louis Sacher does a great job writing the book. I would give it a 9 out of 10. It is a great book and movie and you will most likely like it too!
