Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is a story about a boy who learns that he is a Wizard. He lives with his Aunt and Uncle. He was told that his parents died in a car crash. When he turned 11, he learned that his parents were killed by an evil wizard, the infamous Voldemort. He is invited to the wizard school called Hogwarts to learn how to be a wizard. At this school he has many fine adventures with his new friends.
I liked this book because it was entertaining and had lots of adventures. I think that lots of kids would like to have exciting things happen to them like Harry has. It would be really cool to fly a broom and play Quiddich.
I think that this book teaches you that if you just be yourself you might turn out to be someone really special. It also teaches you that some people deserve a second chance if they have made a mistake.
The story is like the way we celebrate Halloween. There are Goblins and Trolls and they even decorate like we do for Halloween.
I would recommend this book to my friends and even my parents.
