Tracey Kemp writes the following about Anorexic :
I was really excited when I saw that "Anorexic" had been reviewed on your site. Although I wasn't the least bit surprised about the excellent ratings, I did not realise that this extraordinary book was finally available on Amazon.com (I got my copy through Amazon.co.uk). Anna Paterson's book helped to turn my life around and if it hadnt been for her gentle, thoughtful but honest account of her eating disorder, I myself would not have realised just how dangerous and life destroying this terrible illness really is.

When Anna wrote about "the voice" I finally felt less alone and when she showed just how painful her eating disorder had become, I cried for hours because I knew just how she felt. This was the first non-triggering book I have ever read about eating disorders and for this alone she should be commended. Her escape from the anorexia is an amazing and heartwarming story in itself. A truly special book. At last.
