Connor D. writes the following about Frozen Fire :
In the Canadian Arctic, Matthew and Kayak have to find Matthew?s dad and Charlie who were lost in the wilderness when they tried to find copper. These two boys have to try to survive the freezing Arctic. Matthew and Kayak might never find Matthew?s dad and Charlie, and they might even survive. The boys must go though the unknown dangers of the Canadian Arctic. Will Matthew and Kayak find Matthew?s dad and Charlie, or will they get lost in the cold, dark Canadian Arctic forever? Frozen Fire by James Houston was one of my favorite books. My favorite part was when Kayak and Matthew went on their adventurous journey to find Matthew?s dad I liked this book because it?s exciting, sad, and it has facts. This is why I like Frozen Fire by James Houston and I think everyone would like it.
