Jenna writes the following about A Corner of the Universe :
A Corner of the Universe-Book Review What if you?re uncle that you?ve never seen shows up in town and everyone calls him a freak? This is from the book I just read A Corner of the Universe. I thought that it was a great story and I enjoyed just about every part of it. It was about a young girl named Hattie Owen who learns that there are secrets in her family that she could have never dreamed of. When his school closes down, Hattie?s uncle Adam comes back to town to live with his parents. Hattie didn?t even know that she had an uncle and soon sees why. I thought that the characters in this book were very well developed because the author showed you the characters different sides of things throughout the book. When something would happen in the story you usually knew what Hattie thought of it and you could conclude what the other characters did because of their actions. This was a very deep book that had a lot of meaning. I would defanitly recommend this book because it is a wonderful story that you can get a lot out of!
