Book Review Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Author: J. K. Rowling Review by: Kathryn Shirley Harry Potter is a challenged teenager; he can?t control his temper, he has a troubled godfather, and he can?t quit having strange dreams. When Harry is charged with using illegal magic out side of school he is sent to a disciplinary hearing. His year goes downhill quickly. His life is miserable and he can?t quit dwelling on the dream he has that leads him down a dark corridor to a black door. I liked this book because there is never a predictable moment. There are so many surprises that I may have never written, but that?s one reason I like J. K. Rowling?s writings. She doesn?t do everything like I would. She makes Harry and his friends face challenges that would never really happen. I would give this book a 5 star rating. I would recommend this book to any one who likes edge of your seat thrillers, because it never lets your mind stray while you are reading. ?Thriller? ?Edge of your seat?
