I think this was an exciting book and a book I couldn't put down. It is about a third child named Trey who has never been outside and wants to experience things. Then he meets a boy named Lee Grant and he teaches the boy to run and act outside. But then Lee is taken to the Population Police and also other people the third boy knows is taken. Trey hides in Mr. Talbots house because he is frightened. His friends are arrested and it's up to him to save them! (EXCITING)
