Kayla writes the following about Sang Spell :

i am writing this on account a 12 year old girl asked for information on the book. i have read this book at least 10 times and i must say that it is the best book i have ever read. i am doing a book revirew on it myself for my english class. it is about a boy called josh vardy who's mother dies a in a terrible car accident and josh decides to hitch-hike to texas to live with a crazy aunt. his only living relative. well, he is walking along side the highway and it starts rainging. it turns freezing cold and josh stats to wonder if he could hyperthermia. a couple hours later a trucker picks him up. they are driving along when the driver says josh owes him for the ride. josh told the man he didnt have any money but the trucker didnt believe him. the next thing josh knows he is laying in a barn in the middle of nowhere with people he ahd never seen surrounding him. he soon discovers that there is no way to escape from this village they call "Canara." this is just a few important things that might help this girl. i must go now. good luck.
