Melisa writes the following about The Cardiac Cartel :
I thought The Cardiac Cartel was a fun book to read. I have a younger brother (16 years old) and I was surprised that he not only read it but he couldn't put it down. It was an action packed book. The characterization was great. I loved the character Dusty. He has Downs Syndrome and was a lot smarter than everyone thought or treated him. He used that to his advantage and in the end proved he was smarted then all of them. I've told all my friends about this book and I wanted to tell all of you. I think you will enjoy it.
