S. L. S. writes the following about A Jar of Dreams :
This is a story about a family that lives in San Fransisco, California in the 1930`s they are having problems with paying their bills. So they use their dreams and hard work to get money.

I have read this book once and I know now how life is without money and what you have to do to get it if you are desperate. This book teaches you a life lesson, it says you cannot just give up you have to stay with your dreams and hopes. You will not make money if you do things the way you do not like it, and when the book tells me this stuff I know that it is realistic fiction because things happen like that today.

To all those readers who are thinking about reading this book you should like: history, irony, sadness, and your past that could and might happen. So if you like this kind of stuff you should read this book. It is GREAT.
