Rica writes the following about Harris and Me :
Harris and me by: Gary Paulsen The book Harris and Me by Gary Paulsen was one of the funniest books I ever read. In this book, Harris gets the narrator to play all kinds of weird games like commie-japs. Harris and the narrator pretend that the pigs are Japanese spies waiting the be attacked. The narrator learned to keep his mouth shut before diving into the pigpen. One day they went into town and Knute and Claire danced while Harris and the narrator watched a Gene Autry movie. The narrator met a girl that he really liked, and Harris told her that he was messed up in the head because he was jealous. I think that the book should have been longer and should have told what happens after the narrator goes home.
