Ann writes the following about Here's to You, Rachel Robinson (Laurel-Leaf Books) :
Here's to You Rachel Robinson is a good book. It's about a 13-year old girl named Rachel Robinson. Rachel is seemingly perfect, she gets staight As in school, her dad is a teacher, her mom is a judge, but things are not as they seem. Rachel's brother Charles causes some big problems when he gets expelled from boarding school. She and Charles do not get along, nor does Charles get along with the rest of the family. Rachel deals with many other problems, like worrying about her family, her friends, and a major crush on a much older guy named Paul, who also happens to be Charles' tutor.
This is one of Judy Blume's best books. Many girls will be able to relate to it. I highly recomend it.
