Natasha writes the following about Tangerine :
I am a teacher at a middle school in Ocala, Florida. I just finished Tangerine this morning. I have read many books over the last 3 years looking for the "perfect" book to share with my students. I have come across many excellent novels that I have had the pleasure of reading with my students. None of the novels gave me that "That is the one" feeling - until Tangerine! I loved this novel. I cannot recall any novel that has made me dream about the characters! There is a character for every student to connect with. Bloor has written a wonderful, thrilling, coming of age, standing up in the face of evil story. This is the perfect novel. If anyone knows how I can contact the author to see if he would like to come to Ocala and speak with my students this coming year after we read the novel, PLEASE let me know how to go about doing this. Thanks Mr. Bloor for writing such an excellent novel that I will have the honor of reading and sharing with my 8th graders next year! Now, I must find a place to buy 25 copies that will cut me a deal!!
