Juan (JuSo 2004), Barbara H., Roger Swai writes the following about "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" :
"The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" is a story about a mean, old, grouchy man whith a heart that was two sizes too small and who lived north of a city named Who-ville (the city where the Who people live). The grouchy Grinch decides to stop Christmas from coming by stealing everything related to Christmas. To do so, The Grinch desses up as Santa Clause, and fools the children that would wake up during the middle of the night. The day after, to his surprise, all of the Who people in Who-Ville were happier than ever, eventhough they had no presents. They sang songs and joined together. They say that when the Grinch saw that all the people did not care for presents but for love and friendship, his heart grew three sizes bigger. A great story, but most of the people in our group thought that the illustrations were too simple and did not have much color, some liked the illustrator precisely because of the simplicity. Hopefully we have conviced you to read, " The Grinch who Stole Christmas", becuase if you don't know the true meaning of christmas you HAVE to read the book.
Read It!
