Richie Silta writes the following about Holes :
The book that I chose to do my book review on is holes. Holes is a very interesting book because there is a lot of action, there are bad guys and good guys, and now il get to the story.
There is a boy named Stanley Yelnats, he got accused for a crime that he didn?t do he was accused of stealing a famous pair of shoes, so he got two choices go to juvi or go to camp green lake, Stanley chose camp green lake, he thought that it would be fun but instead it was torture he had to dig a hole a day 6ft deep and 6ft wide, he was usually the last one finished, he always got picked on, he gets pushed around, gets the only food that he has to eat taken away from him.
Then on day the only friend that he has runs away from the camp, and after a while all the camp watchers stopped looking for him so Stanley went out to find him , and he did , they decided that they couldn?t go back to the camp so they kept on going then they found a mountain, they went to the top of the mountain and found foodand water they stayed there forabout a week and decided that they had to go back to the camp so they did.

This is a very interesting book I think that everyone should read it.
