unknown writes the following about The Giver :
Good Author - good book

The giver is a really good book I think. Its about the future and how extreme the world could change in the next 20 or more years.

The main point of the book is 'sameness'. Everything has a rule and everyone has strict tasks. No one can see colors and no one has memories. The only one, who can see everything and knows everything is the receiver of memories, Jonas.
Jonas is a 12 years old boy, who was born (in the USA) in the community.
