This was a great book and I recommend it to anyone who read ROLL OF THUNDER HEAR MY CRY and anyone who likes books about slavery or discrimination between the blacks and whites. Also if you're looking for a good book to read this is the book for you. I felt as if I was part of the story. Mildred D. Taylor is a great reader and because of this book I plan on to keep reading about the Logan family.
