esio Trot by Roald Dahl is a good book but can beimproved by
colour in the pictures and more actoin in it. It would be better if it was more dangerous and the claw mr. hoppy used could of got glimpsed by mrs. silver. At the end of the stor Alfie could of found his way home and Alfie should of got a mate tortoise to play with at night because they stay up and play around.
I think that children from year 5 and under should read this book and to find outwhat Esio Trot means. My rating for this book would have to be an eight out of ten because some of it is funny. I would give the drawing about six out of ten.
