I think the book Esio Trot is funny and exciting, I think it could be improved by having colour pictures and being a bit more adventurous. My favourite part of Esio Trot is when Mr Hoppy tries to impress Mrs Silver. I was disappointed by the ending, although you might enjoy it like lots of my friends did!
I think this book would be good for primary school children who like reading books by Roald Dahl, and who like funny pictures by Quentin Blake.
