Fulcan Holliday writes the following about Bridge to Terabithia :
Katherine Paterson is amazing when it comes to writing books about friendship. And this is one of her best. Jesse Aarons is a boy who is training to be the fastest in the fifth grade at Lark Creek Elementary when the Burke?s family moved in next door. Leslie Burke was a tomboy who beat Jess in a big race, and his dream of being the fasted kid was over.

Soon Jess gets over the race and he and Leslie become friends. Then Leslie gets the idea for a magical kingdom called Terabithia. To enter Terabithia, they had to swing across the creek on an enchanted rope.

Soon it becomes close to Christmas. When Jess gets kicked off the bus on the way home Jess saw a sign saying FREE PUPPIES! He gets one for Leslie and he gave it to her on Christmas. They name the puppy Prince Terrien and took him to Terabithia.

In Terabithia Jess and Leslie share ideas. They plot against their school enemies, fight imaginary giants and the walking dead, and basically having FUN! Then something terrible happens and Jess and Leslie are separated forever. This emotional book is amazing, but we won?t tell you anything else. You will just have to read it on your own to find out!
