Jay writes the following about The Outsiders :

The book the Outsiders is a very intense book. The book shows allot of action, which I personally love. The author S.E. Hinton expresses the feelings that gang members show towards themselves. If I had to change anything it be the ending. The drama is shown when a tragedy happens to one of the main charaters. The book was personally one of my favorite books of all time. The main gangs of this book are the Greasers and the Socs, Who battle through the whole book. I recommend it for kids 11 and up. Great book!
