This was a great book. I was amazed to find out it was written by a girl. It was so much better than the movie. I think it couldn't have been better. That kind of stuff does happen around here even today. It was about two gangs the rich gang and the poor gang. They are always fighting over everything especially over Cherry. They have a rumble and it even involves a burning church. I won't tell you anymore because that would ruin the whole thing and I want you all to read it. Even if you aren?t a big reader you will like it. Trust me on this one. It's easier to understand if you are in middle school or above. If you are in elementary school then you probably should wait until you get a little older so maybe it can make more sense to you. This would be a good book for you to read if you like action and suspense. It is twisted but cool.
