short frie writes the following about The Outsiders :
I think this book was really good. It might have been one of the best books I've ever read. It tells the struggles a teenager has to go through in life. It also shows that no matter how hard it is you can always get what you want or need as long as you keep trying. I really don't recommend for kids. I recommend for teens or adults. The characters in The Outsiders are; Ponyboy, Johnny, Soda, Dally, and Darry. The main characters are;Pony, and Johnny. Johnny is the shortest and the youngest in the gang. Pony, Johnny, Soda, Dally, and Darry are all Greasers (it's a gang). Pony, Soda, and Darry are all brothers.
