Mr.4 Letters writes the following about The Outsiders :
This book is about a boy named ponyboy and his gang. Ponyboy is in a gang called the greasers. The greasers are like the bad ones. The socs are there rivals, and the good ones. The socs try to kill Ponyboy. His friend Johnny saves him. While saving him he kills one. The go to there friend Dally. He says to go to another city called, Windrexville. They hide in church. They leave to go get food. When they get back the church got on fire. Johnny has to go to the hospital. The greasers and the socs get into a rumble. I would recommend this book to 7th graders and higher.
