David, snakecharmer writes the following about Holes [UNABRIDGED] :
O what a fine book Louis Sachar has produced, he has given all chirldren what they have been waiting for.
This tale of loyalty, courage and discovery charts the adventure of overwaight, hoplessly unlcucky Stanley Yelnats's adventure over 'camp green lake'.This lake isnt a normal one, in fact it's a dried up waistland wich the inhabatints of its juvenile detention centre have to treck through everyday to dig a hole.
But poor Stanley was acused of a crime he didnt comit but this didnt come as a surprise to him.
It was all down to his no-good-rotten-pig-stealin-great-great-grandfather. You see, whenever an injustice happenes in the Yelnats family, it is always blaimed on him, but thats another story.
Now race out to the shop and get 'Holes' as i am sure you will have a good time reading it
