Allison writes the following about Ella Enchanted :
Ella has a curse, and is trying to break it, but can't. She ends up losing the man that she loves, Prince Char.

Ella Enchanted is a longer form of Cinderella. It is full of magic and adventure. My favorite parts in the book were the letters between Ella and Char. They were full of adventure and romance.

Ella Enchanted is a book for adventurous, young girls who like fantasy, probably for ages 10-15. The book is full of fantasy, complete with fairies, and magic books, telling Ella about her family and friends.

Once you start to read the book you can't put it down. (At least I couldn't!)
