Everybody has different beliefs.that's what Countdown is about.It's about a boy from Montana and a boy from Kenya meeting.thier names are Vincent and Elliot.
Elliot watches a contest on TV and he enters it becouse he thinks he can win.The contest is to see who gets to go up into space.
While Elliot is up in space he talks to vincent on a radio.At first he doesn't like him that much.When he's up there a little astroid hits something and they had to emergency land on the closest place,Which is where Vincent is.When they he meets Vincent and they hug like Americans do and they hold hands like the Masaai do,and they become best friends.
I didn't like the book that much becouse it's all about peaple becoming friends.I prefer action books but I recommened this book to anybody who likes books in which two adversaries become friends by the end of the book.
