Kayleigh writes the following about The Hot & Cold Summer :
Two inseparable ten-year old boys discover there is room in their friendship for another person and it really doesn't matter she's a girl.

The Hot and Cold Summer was a good book. It was a very funny book. It's about two boys named Rory and Derek, one girl named Bolivia, and her parrot Luccete. The story takes place on Dogleg Lane, New Jersey. It has twelve chaptors. It's not long and it's not short.
