Carrot Top writes the following about Tuck Everlasting :
This book is about a young girl named Winifred Foster who hates being kept locked up inside her fence. She runs away and gets "kidnapped" by the Tuck family. She has such a good time with them that she doesn't want to go back. Then a terrible thing happens. Mae Tuck gets accused for murder and will go to the gallows. She can't go there if she doesn't want their secret found out! Will Winny be able to help get Mae out? Or will her secret be found out?
