George writes the following about among the hidden :

Among the hidden

?Among the Hidden? is a book about a boy named Luke. Luke is known as a shadow child a third child that is forbidden by the population police. Luke hides all day in his house after the woods get replaced by a brand new housing development. One day Luke is looking out a vent in his room and finds another shadow child like himself.
A couple days later Luke ran across the yard and found the other shadow child. Jennifer knew way more of why there are shadow children than Luke did.
Jennifer ran a chat room on the internet just for shadow children. There were about 800 shadow children that went in the chat. She was planning a rally for all shadow children so they could be free.
I rate this book an eight because it keeps you interested and curious of what is going too happened next. This book is great for any young adult or old child. It keeps you guessing. What will happen at the rally? Will Luke go with Jen or stay home? Luke?s life could be based on this decision.
Among the Hidden has a sequel, Among the Imposters. It has the same characters but a different subject. I would like to read Among the Imposter too.
