Eric writes the following about Tangerine :
Paul fisher and his family move to a city in Florida called Tangerine. Paul has had a lot of mysterious things happen to him in the past, including his eye injury. Deaths and disasters make everyone in Lake Windsor Downs afraid. That is only the beginning of surprising things that happen with he, and his field goal kicking brother,Erik. If you like mystery books, this is the book to read. Flashbacks give mysterious clues to what might have happened in Paul's mysterious past.Tangerine is a great book. Filled with mysteries and never Knowing what will happen next, Tangerine will always surprise its reader. Edward Bloor does a fantastic job using detail rich words and phrases to keep the reader reading the book, in Tangerine. Paul is a pleasant young boy in middle school. He is almost unstoppable as a soccer goalie. No one can score against him. His IEP for his sight disability holds him back from being a starter on the school soccer team. Erik on the other hand is a star field goal kicker for the high school football team. He always gets more attention than Paul.Erik acts like a good kid in front of his parents, but Erik leads a cruel life shared with his new field goal holder, and best friend, Arthur Bauer.
