Chrissy writes the following about The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle (An Avon Camelot Book) :
The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle is a wonderful book about a 13 year old girl traveling to Providence, Rhode Island to reunite with her family. Charlotte was supposed to travel with two other families from Liverpool, England but they never show up. Unexpectedly, Charlotte must travel by herself (the only female) with the ship's crew. Charlotte faces many ups and downs, but in the end-it turns out ok for her. Its a spectacular book about betrayal, murder, mutiny, and friendship.
