The Tail Of Emily Windsnap is just one book in a serious of amazing ones. This is about a girl named Emily Windsnap. She is is half human and half merfolk. When she is in water her legs join together and make a tail ,but when she's out of water she's as normal as you and me. Except she's not normal. Her mother was human ,and her father was a mermaid. They loved each other ,they would meet at an special island. When the king Neptune found out he wouldn't allow it( they say because once he married a human, and she left him ). There love was to strong they would have to sneak out ,and they did. When she became pregnant ,he decided to bring her to rainbow rocks ,and that's when the merfolk found him. They took him away. Neptune send out a someone to make sure they never find out what becomes of him. His name is Mr. Beeston. He has been pretending to be her best friend but really he has been wiping her memories. Emily has gone her whole live going without a father ,until not she is determined to find him.
