Wallace Wallace has never told a lie. When he writes a bad review of an assigned book, his teacher gives him detention. His detention is spent with the drama club. Since he is on detention, he is not allowed to play football. In detention he gets more involved in the play then ever. His football team is angry that he is not playing with them, and drama friends think he is ruining the play.
