Aud writes the following about Stargirl :
This book is awesome! I'm doing it for a book report right now. It's about a girl(Stargirl) and a boy(Leo Borlock) who meet at school and Leo instantly likes her. She arrives in a burst of color, along with her ukelele, but then they turn on her. After a basketball game, where she always cheers for both teams, someone on the other team is hurt, so she goes to help him. That's when they turn on her. So she turns into Susan. Just what Leo wanted. Now she's normal, so they start dating. But she changed not because she wanted to, but because it was what THEY wanted her to do. Then she wins a contest, and expects everyone to be there, but they're not. So she just disappears and never comes back.
