Slink Brink writes the following about Under the Blood Red Sun :
The war has started. Nothing has happened in any of the U.S.A. of Oahu, Hawaii where Tomikazu lives with his mom, dad, sister and grandpa. Tomikazu and his friends, Billy, Mose and Rico on the baseball team called the Rats. But when the Japanese fighter pilots come their whole family takes the U.S.'s side even though they are Japanese. but their grandpa is a different story. They all have to survive though. What will happen? Under the Blood Red Sun By: Graham Salisbury I give this book a 10 out of 10 rating. I think Graham Salisbury has done a terrific job. Very easy to follow, was very exciting and the characters seemed very realistic. The author wrote very well. The story was believable because it was World War Two. It has an okay end in my opinion, but the rest of the book is amazing. I could read it a hundred times.
