Heart Beat is a really good book.There is this girl named Annie .Annie's mother is going to have a baby boy .Annie's best friend is Max . They run together almost every day . At the end of the book Annie's mom has the baby .His name is Joey . Annie also has a grandpa too.And a dad . Max says Annie should try out for track ,like he does. Annie likes running ,but she thinks they need to run free. Annie punched Max ,she felt sorry so she took all of her lawn mowing money,put it in a envelope and the next day she gave it to him then .One day her grandpa forgot how to mack fried chicken .[ He use to know how!] Then he asked how to make strawberries.Annie's mom said ,"All you have to do is put surger on them ". He is so funny.
