Hatchet is about a boy name Brian who went to visit his father in Canada because his parents are separated. When he is going in the plane, they have an accident and the plane crashes. Now Brian has to survive in the woods. I love this story because it has a lot of details and it feels like you are living everything that the characters are feeling and doing. It feels like you are next to them. The author of this book give us a book of realistic fiction and it was great to read it. This story when you ready you will forget that it's fiction. It's a very good book; it has a lot of survival facts and you can learn a lot of things in it. I recommend this book to all those people who are bored and want to have some action. You will never want to stop reading.
