The Book is called When Zachary Beaver Came to Town. The book is about Zachary Beaver Came to Antler Texas. The people in the book names are Toby, Cal, Mom, Pa, Zachary, Kate, Sherriff Levi, Mr. McKnight, Mrs. McKnight, Billy, Wayne, and Wyille Womak. Toby is the main character in the book. It takes place during the Vietnam war. Cal's brother is in the War. Cal never wrote wayne letters but Wayne wrote letters to Cal but Toby takes the letter and rights to Wayne. Cal never new that Toby was righting letters to Wayne until Wayne Died. Zachary lives in a trailer. This book won the Nationial Book award. Some parts of the book it is funny. Every year they get lady bugs in sacks and they let them out in the cotton fields. I would not recommend because it is boring it was so slow and took to much time.
