This is an enchanting book even though the movie is nothing alike. This story is about a boy who finds an egg, believed to be the last dragon on the strange planet. He is gifted with magic the moment he touches the newborn-dragon, which he names Sapphira. They become great friends, but are soon attacked by strange groups who wants the dragon. He gets taught by another dragon-rider who lived in town about use of magic and the boy's power. The dragon posses even stronger power and the adventures of them continues.
I'm sorry, readers, that I can't finish this review because I read this book like 2 years ago, but I strongly recommend this book and the next book and the next book that will come out this or next year. I know that I was Completely thrilled by the story because I remember on a summer day that I sat down by a big oak tree and read this book and the sequal from cover to cover in just one day.
