Pam writes the following about Riding the Bus With My Sister :
This book is okay for anyone who enjoys laughing. However it does have a very complex choice of vocabulary. It is about a lady named Beth and she is mentally retarded. She lives alone in a Suburban city, she rides the all day around the city except, on Sundays when the buses don't run. She asked her very busy sister whom is very evolved in her work to ride the buses with her for a whole year and she agrees. So Beth and her sister gets up early in the mornings to catch the earliest bus. He sister meet the various people her disabled sisters encounters with every day. How ever they all aren't very fond of Beth. She writes down what her sister goes through as she observes this ongoing journey. This book is very touching and heart warming. This is a great book for any one.
