Dz writes the following about The Same Stuff as Stars :
“The same elements, the same materials that make those stars up there is what makes you!” The Same Stuff as Stars, by Katherine Paterson is, in fact, a wonderful book. The book is about a girl named Angel who is tired of being the responsible one. All she wants is her mother and father home so they can live “in a real house in a real town”. The only good thing in her life is the Starman, who shows her and teaches her about the amazing sights in the sky. She’s also having a horrible time fitting in at a new school and making friends. This book is as delicious as an apple pie with ice cream! You just don’t want to put it down.
