My reason for reading this book was: I need to do an oral book report for an English class presentation on a non-fiction subject and I chose this book, and I don't regret one moment of it. I read it in 6 hours, couldn't put it down. I was in AHHH through entirely the whole book.
How in the WORLD COULD ANY MOTHER DO THIS TO THEIR CHILD???????????
But the most important thing is David is alive and well and thru encourage and finding himself has become a wonderful person. I can't wait to read the other 2 books that talk about his life. I feel as if I know this man from reading this book and he has encouraged me to join a volunteer service of some kind to help stop the abuse of children.
